About the role

We are seeking an experienced RM/Production Planner to join our dynamic team at Treasure Island Industrial Corp. in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a full-time RM/Production Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimising our production processes and ensuring the efficient utilisation of resources. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in production planning and scheduling within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement detailed production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives
  • Coordinate the flow of raw materials, components and finished goods to optimise production efficiency
  • Manage inventory levels, identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve production throughput
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with sales, procurement and logistics
  • Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on production performance and KPIs

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar RM/Production Planner role, preferably within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and resource optimisation
  • Proficiency in using production planning and management software tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address production bottlenecks
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
