Job Description:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communication campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across key digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc).

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance (KPIs), leveraging data-driven insights to continually optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

  • Support the development of marketing assets, messaging, and promotional toolkits aligned with brand guidelines

  • Continuously scan the media landscape for industry trends, competitor activity, emerging channels, customer behavior shifts, and digital innovations.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and the Graphic Design team to create promotional campaigns

  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams and external agencies to implement campaigns

  • Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative environment where creativity and results thrive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or any Business-related field.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management

  • Experience in People Management, capable of coaching junior members to accomplish projects and deliver on time with quality results

  • Excellent analytical, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Background in Tech, Fintech, E-commerce, or agencies is a plus
