Job Responsibilities

In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for leading strategy thinking and implementation of all Digital Marketing
  • Communications & Initiatives for the brand.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams internally and external agencies and partners to ensure fully integrated Digital Marketing projects across all channels.
  • Plan and execute Digital marketing strategies for new merchants and new markets.
  • Development of Digital Marketing plans related to brand campaigns – content strategy, media plans, search engine optimization plans, and community & crisis management playbook.
  • Development and implementation of content, media buying tactics, community management, search engine optimizations, etc. for Digital Marketing Plans and in relation to Brand objectives.
  • Conceptualize marketing programs, develop comprehensive concept papers, work plans, and delegation of work assignments.
  • Ensure effective control of marketing results to make sure that marketing objectives are achieved at the least possible cost.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in diverse marketing and/or digital marketing roles, including Performance Marketing, and/or relevant 5-8 years critical experience in a leadership role in Marketing and/or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in eCommerce is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Have good understanding of digital, social media and Influencer's landscape
  • Creative, proactive in updating trends and knowledge in social media, influencers; social networking
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Reliable and a good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic, with a deep knowledge of the social, influencer and digital marketing landscape
  • Self-starter, able to step forward and proactively move projects and innovations along without so much supervision
