Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support sales specialist in achieving their targets.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing training programs for sales staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to track progress, address challenges, and share best practices.
  • Meet or exceed personal monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring continued business and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and recommendations for process improvement.

Job Qualification:

  • Any 4-year course.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Preferable under Food Industry
