Sales Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creates Sales Order (SO) and facilitates invoices for cash transactions and charges the Sales Order to SAP.
  • Prepare customers' orders and endorse these to the releasing-in-charge.
  • Ensures correct pricing of merchandise, stock availability and good quality condition of products.
  • Addresses customers' complaints. In case these cannot be resolved, endorse these to the LNS Retail Store Supervisor.
  • Provide assistance and quality customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female
  • A graduate of Interior Designer or any related course.
  • With at least 1 year of related experience in the same industry
  • Keen on details and highly organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
