About the Job:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our dynamic customer service team Whether you're a fresh graduate or someone with previous experience, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through calls, emails, or chat.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • No experience required, but previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • At least a Senior High School Graduate, College Graduate, or College Undergrad.
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, typing, and internet navigation).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a working PC/laptop.
