About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join YONDU INC.' as a Business Development Director, driving new business growth for their cutting-edge IT software solutions. Based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, this full-time role will see you leveraging your extensive experience in new business development to identify and secure new clients for the company's innovative product offerings.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and research potential new clients, tailoring YONDU INC.'s solutions to their specific needs
  2. Engage with senior decision-makers to build strong relationships and secure new business opportunities
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase YONDU INC.'s products and services
  4. Negotiate commercial terms and close new deals, working closely with the wider sales and delivery teams
  5. Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and forecasting to the leadership team
  6. Support the continued development of YONDU INC.'s sales and marketing strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive new business development experience, ideally within the IT software solutions industry
  2. A proven track record of successfully identifying, pitching and closing new clients
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  4. Strong commercial acumen and the drive to deliver against ambitious sales targets
  5. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Relevant qualifications in sales, business development or a related field
