About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and people-driven HR Director to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospitality or retail, with a proven track record in developing HR strategies that support business growth, elevate employee engagement, and strengthen company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations — including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce planning and succession programs.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Oversee the development and execution of learning and development programs.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
  • Support change management initiatives across departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in hospitality or retail industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in driving organizational effectiveness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php200,000.00 per month
