WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Prepare Billing Statements/Invoices for Clients
  • Prepare Business Proposals
  • Monitor collections
  • Filing of billing documents
  • Record and digitalize billing and collection documents
  • Assist the Billing and Collection Manager
  • Manage inspection calendar of the company
  • Manage inspections of Architects
  • Prepare and manage budget for inspections
  • Monitoring of petty cash
  • Assist in daily office operations

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Residing within NCR (We don't offer relocation assistance for outside NCR residents)
  • Fully vaccinated with booster shot
  • Willing to work in Makati Office
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Has high degree of attention to details and organized - THIS IS A MUST
  • Fast learner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Has the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Computer Literate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php24,000.00 per month
