WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Prepare Billing Statements/Invoices for Clients
- Prepare Business Proposals
- Monitor collections
- Filing of billing documents
- Record and digitalize billing and collection documents
- Assist the Billing and Collection Manager
- Manage inspection calendar of the company
- Manage inspections of Architects
- Prepare and manage budget for inspections
- Monitoring of petty cash
- Assist in daily office operations
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Residing within NCR (We don't offer relocation assistance for outside NCR residents)
- Fully vaccinated with booster shot
- Willing to work in Makati Office
- Willing to work overtime
- Has high degree of attention to details and organized - THIS IS A MUST
- Fast learner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Has the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Computer Literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php24,000.00 per month
