Billing and Collection Assistant

Job Overview:
The Billing & Collection Assistant plays a key role in ensuring accurate billing, timely collection, and proper documentation of all financial transactions related to customer accounts. This position supports the organization's cash flow by generating invoices, monitoring payments, coordinating with customers, and maintaining complete and organized records. The role also involves addressing billing concerns, assisting in credit evaluation, and supporting the continuous improvement of billing and collection processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration.
- Preferably with 1 year experience in Billing & Collection or General Accounting (but open to fresh graduates).
- Computer literate; proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must be okay to work onsite in Makati City (Monday to Friday).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
