Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing and Collection Officer located in Mandaluyong. Responsibilities include managing billing processes, preparing invoices, and overseeing accurate financial documentation. The role entails handling debt collection activities, maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable, and addressing customer inquiries. The Billing and Collection Officer is also expected to liaise with clients regarding outstanding payments and collaborate with other departments to streamline billing and collection processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong skills in Debt Collection and Finance, with a focus on accuracy and adherence to policies
  • Proven Analytical Skills for reviewing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and implementing solutions
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in billing and collections is highly desirable
