Job description:

The Business & Engagement Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and ensuring that all engagements meet operational standards and client satisfaction. The role requires a leader with a strong background in the security industry, capable of aligning business development strategies with operational efficiency and client retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Relations

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for security services.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and service quotations.
  • Collaborate with management to design and implement sales and marketing strategies for client acquisition.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.

Engagement & Operations Support

  • Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Monitor service delivery, manpower deployment, and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Conduct regular site visits and client check-ins to assess performance and satisfaction levels.
  • Handle client concerns or escalations professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and operational execution.

Leadership & Reporting

  • Lead the client engagement team and ensure efficient coordination between business and operations units.
  • Prepare regular business performance reports and client feedback summaries.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement and service enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminology, Management, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a security agency or manpower service industry.
  • Strong understanding of security operations, manpower deployment, and client service management.
  • Proven experience in business development, client engagement, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Existing network or client base in the security or facilities management industry.
  • Knowledge of DOLE and PNP SOSIA compliance requirements.
  • Experience in proposal writing, bidding, or tender preparation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
