Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an Executive Assistant Manager Operations, located in Malay. The Executive Assistant Manager Operations will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure quality service, and maintain high guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with department heads, budgeting, implementing policies, and assisting the General Manager in strategic planning and execution. The role also involves maintaining operational standards, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring the resort's readiness for events and high occupancy periods.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel and resort operations management
  • Skills in team leadership, staff management, and conflict resolution
  • Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in implementing and maintaining operational policies
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices and certifications is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
