Looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to support our construction and cement mix operations.

About the Role A Document Controller to manage and organize company and project documents. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of records that support operations, quality control, and client requirements.

Responsibilities: Maintain and organize project, production, and administrative documents.

Ensure version control and proper filing (digital and hard copy).

Coordinate with operations, sales, and quality teams for document validation.

Prepare and release reports, certificates, and transmittals for clients.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

1–2 years' experience in document control or admin (construction/manufacturing preferred).

Strong attention to detail, organized, and deadline-driven.

Proficient in MS Office.

Work Setup Full-time, office-based – Guiguinto Bulacan
