Job Title: Junior Bookkeeper (Work From Home)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to provide accounting and bookkeeping support to our client. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions (income, expenses, invoices, payments, etc.)
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Excel)
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
  • Track payables and receivables
  • Support data entry, document organization, and basic admin tasks
  • Communicate regularly with the client regarding updates or issues

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course
  • At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles and software
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Bisaya is an advantage

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
