About the RoleWere looking for a strategic and proactive Sales and Operations Lead to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance the overall member experience.

This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced settings and is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and building thriving workplace communities. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in sales and/or operations, preferably in co-working spaces, flexible office solutions, or commercial, or property management. Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and high performance.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for community-building. Data-driven decision-maker with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesCenter OperationsOversee and optimize daily operations to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for all members. Implement and refine systems, processes, and workflows for maximum efficiency. Ensure consistently high standards in cleanliness, maintenance, and service delivery.

Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to maintain business continuity. Team LeadershipManage and mentor a small, high-performing team focused on service excellence and member satisfaction. Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture rooted in accountability and continuous improvement.

Conduct regular feedback sessions, performance reviews, and development planning. Sales & Revenue GrowthDrive member acquisition, retention, and engagement to maximize occupancy and revenue. Collaborate with marketing to execute local outreach, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

Analyze KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities and exceed sales targets. Develop community engagement initiatives that enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.
