Sales & Operations Officer

To assist the Sales & Operations Manager in championing the ONELIFE corporate values AND to lead in achieving corporate sales objectives by overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of all Onelife branches, ensuring the effective handling of matters of sales, administration, and client servicing.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1      Supervision: Supervising front desk receptionist teams in all branches across different service categories, championing the needs of the company and balancing the desires of employees as well as the needs of clients.

2      Coaching, Motivation, and Morale-Building: Coaching and motivating front desk receptionist teams to meet and exceed branch sales and operations objectives. The Sales & Operations Supervisor is expected to help drive and lead the productivity of the  assigned group. They also assist the SOM when they perform regular periodic performance evaluations for their direct reports.

3      Human Resources: The SOS serves as the direct connection between the front desk receptionist teams and management, responsible for communicating and executing company policies and organizational development efforts. They may also assist in conflict management between front desk staff. They may also assist in the onboarding activities of front desk receptionists across branches.

4      Administration:  Ensures the timely and accurate fulfilment of deliverables, including the corresponding reportorial outputs (Branch Inspection Reports).

5      Introduce Process Improvements: The SOS is expected to help improve internal processes and streamline branch operations. This involves regularly auditing branch activities and performance and researching current industry trends and using that insight to form and propose relevant, actionable solutions and improvements.

6      Facility Management and Maintenance: Assist the admin department in overseeing facility management and maintenance across branches. They champion sanitation and cleanliness standards, and health and safety regulations that pertain to the industry and as prescribed by company policy. They also ensure that required inventory controls and levels are maintained.

7      Marketing and Sales: Assist in the timely and strong execution of marketing and sales activities and promotions of Onelife.

8      Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
