Job Summary:

The Vendor Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and performance of the Sales Administration function across the Consumer Business Segment. This role oversees a team, including the Sales Admin Manager, to ensure the seamless execution of partner management, contract administration, billing validation, commission processing, and administrative policy implementation. The Admin Lead is expected to drive process optimization, enforce compliance with internal controls, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable efficient and scalable sales operations. The role also involves high-level reporting, analytics, and decision support to Sales leadership.

Areas of Responsibility, Key Tasks, and Metrics
  • Team Leadership & Oversight

    • Supervise the Sales Admin Manager and admin team

    • Provide guidance and performance feedback

  • Sales Admin Strategy & Planning

    • Define strategies for sales admin process optimization

    • Align with business and sales targets

  • Compliance & Internal Controls

    • Ensure adherence to audit standards, compliance policies, and contract term

  • Cross-functional Coordination

    • Serve as key liaison with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT

    • Address escalations and bottlenecks

  • Reporting & Analytics

    • Consolidate team reports and dashboards

    • Provide insights to Sales Heads

  • Partner Engagement Oversight

    • Review and escalate partner issues

    • Support high-level partner coordination

Basic Minimum Requirements

  • Proficient in CRM, ERP, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)

  • Strong understanding of contract administration and compliance processes
