Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Professional located in Cubao, Quezon City. The responsibilities include handling customer queries, providing support to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. The role involves using analytical skills to assess customer needs and effectively communicate solutions. Daily tasks also include documenting customer interactions and following up to ensure issues are resolved.
