The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for leading all HR functions - including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and culture - and overseeing essential general administration and office operations to ensure a productive, legally compliant, and high-performing creative work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing effective recruiting strategies to attract specialized talent.
  • Managing the entire hiring process from writing job descriptions and screening to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding program tailored for fast-paced, creative environment to ensure new hires integrate quickly.
  • Serving as a link between employees and management to address and resolve workplace issues, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
  • Nurturing a positive, collaborative, and creative company culture that is vital for an advertising company's success.
  • Overseeing the annual performance appraisal system and linking it to professional development and compensation.
  • Identifying training needs and coordination programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Developing career progression pathways for talented staff.
  • Managing the payroll function and benefits administration.
  • Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing general office operations, maintenance, and supplies management to ensure a smooth, productive work environment.
  • Ensuring the office space is safe, well-maintained, and supports the agency's needs, which often includes creative workspaces and technology infrastructure coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php65,000.00 per month
