Job Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in any of the following technologies:

  • Workday: Advanced custom reports, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, Workday Web Services.

  • ServiceNow: HR Service Delivery Suite (case and knowledge management), ServiceNow system administration, portal configuration (widgets, content automation), and integrations (REST & SOAP services).
  • Expertise in Workday modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integration, Security, and Data Conversion.
  • Strong skills in scripting for workflow automation and proficiency in low-code development platforms.
  • Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits within Workday, including modules such as Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time and Attendance Tracking, Integration, Security, and Data Conversion.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Kanban, or Scrum.

  • Experience or knowledge in two or more of the following technologies is an advantage:

  • Programming languages: C#, C++, Angular, , SQL, Ansible, R, Java, Python.

  • Cloud services: Azure.
  • Web services: WCF and RESTful services.
  • Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.
  • Databases: Oracle, SQL Server.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in Compensation and Benefits for Workday, or other Workday modules like Payroll, Integration, Security, and Data Conversion.
  • Support the full software development lifecycle for business software solutions.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain business applications.
  • Integrate and customize vendor-sourced enterprise software, such as SAP, with internal systems.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and update existing code to incorporate minor improvements.
  • Gain in-depth domain knowledge by understanding business processes and needs.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into actionable plans.
  • Actively engage in an integrated DevOps team, utilizing Agile methodologies and focusing on change management.
  • Provide daily operational support, identifying and resolving incidents, making configuration changes, and monitoring application performance.
  • Communicate proactively and respond quickly to production issues and project work.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus throughout all tasks.
  • Monitor data loads and interfaces, administer security, and provide feedback on application performance.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to resolve both tactical and strategic issues for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain system and software support documentation.
  • Ensure IP compliance on systems and software.
