Job Summary

As a Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales phase of our products and services. Your primary focus will be on understanding our clients' needs and offering the best solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our Cloud PABX and Voice Solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance during the pre-sales phase, addressing any technical queries or concerns from clients.
  • Develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • Work closely with the product development team to stay updated on the latest features and updates of our Cloud PABX and Voice Solutions.
  • Assist in the creation of sales collateral, including technical presentations, case studies, and product documentation.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform the sales team and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to showcase our solutions and network with potential clients.
  • Provide post-sales technical support to clients as needed.

Functional Relationships

Internal: Sales, Business Development, Technology, Procurement, Finance

External: Business partners, clients, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Presales Engineer or in a similar technical role.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Cloud PABX and Voice Solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations and attend industry events.
