SALES ASSOCIATE

Location: GreenHills Shopping Centre

No. of Manpower: 2

Work Schedule: 6 days/week, shifting schedule including weekends/holidays, no fixed day off

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate; College level/graduate is an advantage
  • With experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills (for handling payments and transactions)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Trustworthy, flexible, and with good customer service orientation
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules

Job Description:

  • Greet and assist customers in finding the products they need
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions
  • Upsell or cross-sell items to maximize sales opportunities
  • Handle cash, credit card, or POS transactions accurately
  • Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and products are well-organized
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the sales area
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor or manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
