· Identify sales opportunities by analyzing the market, competitors, and their strengths/weaknesses.

· Plan and develop sales and marketing campaigns for current and potential clients, focusing on converting these efforts into sales revenue.

· Generate high sales revenue by maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business, and increasing new leads.

· Handle accounts through calls, meetings, and create and maintain rapport with existing and new clients.

· Represent the company at community, government, or business meetings to promote the company's image, and submit detailed reports on outcomes, with photos and insights.

· Maintain relationships with key clients through regular visits to understand their needs.

· Perform other related duties as required.

· Does client calls, virtual or actual presentation, negotiation and closing of sales (face-to-face or tele-marketing).

· Coordinates liaison between department and other sales-related unit, and with the Customer Service personnel in the office regarding emails, inquiries and other matters that need urgent attention concerning their account.

· Build continuous rapport with clients, consultants, and architects through regular communication, offering support and services as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

· Prepare and submit on time the proposals and prospects list.

· Provide periodic sales reports on sales activities, including client details, discussions, and progress on negotiations.

· Performs other tasks needed to be prioritized as may be assigned by the Management or your Immediate Superior to help meeting sales quota target

Skills and Qualifications:

Preferably with sales experience same industry (air-conditioning).

Graduate of mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus but not required.

Can accept undergraduates but with good communication skills both verbal and written and required to have proven success in selling air conditioners and air-conditioning systems.

Good looking / presentable with good speaking voice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
