Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Accounting Staff to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks to support the financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in accounting systems
  • Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Maintain financial records, documents, and files in an organized manner
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and information
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
