Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Inventory & Operations
  • Must have 2 years of field experience.
  • Can start immediately.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Manage the branch warehouse, vehicle fleet, and warehouse equipment
  • Be directly accountable for the implementation of warehousing, inventory, delivery, and stock transfer guidelines.
  • Plan delivery routes, dispatch deliveries, review itineraries, and conduct route audits.
  • Execute approved distribution plans and stock transfer requests
  • Directly manage the performance and behavior of warehouse personnel. Maintain a pool of emergency hires for bulk loading and unloading requirements
  • Improve overall customer experience by ensuring the Delivery vehicles are clean and well-maintained, Route Associates are equipped with knowledge and products and processes, Items for delivery are pre-inspected, loaded and packed properly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
