Position: Inventory Specialist - Feedmill

Area of Assignment: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City


Job Summary:

We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to manage and ensure accurate inventory control of finished feeds in our Feedmill Plant. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records while supporting overall warehouse and logistics operations.


Requirements:
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Computer Science, or any related course
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of related work experience as Inventory Specialist
  • Proficient in Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, and Communication
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to be assigned in Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the proper accounting and monitoring of all finished feeds issued for dispatch
  • Ensure proper implementation of First In First Out (FIFO) system in withdrawal of feeds
  • Verify that all finished feeds issued meet the quality standards set by the company
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of inventory records
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace at all times
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for timely feed dispatch and inventory accuracy
