Job Summary / Position Objectives:

The Van Control Staff is primarily responsible for inventory, monitoring, allocation and movement of all container assets under branch's custody, coordinating with Branch Head and Operation Supervisor for allocating of sufficient and availability of container vans to serve clients, including up keeping and recording

Key Results Areas / Duties and Responsibilities

1. REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

1.1 Send an Email Report to the Van Control Dep't. (Mnl) cc Branch Managers/OIC for any accident and incidents involving container assets provided with images for assessment.

1.2 Process VTS – Repair in (RPRI) on the OSS for the containers that are subject for repair.

2. DATA CONTROL AND SYSTEM COMPLIANCE

2.1 Check and update the accuracy of container sequence on the OSS.

2.2 Process documents (EIR, VTS) for all container asset movement.

2.3 Update the container classification and container availability on the OSS.

3. CONTAINER STATUS AND EMPTY REPOSITIONING

3.1 Report all aging container asset (empty or laden) to Branch Managers/OIC for immediate action.

3.2 Coordinates with Branch Manager/OIC and Customer Representative for aging laden unwithdrawn and unreturned container of the customer.

3.3 Receive and comply on the Empty Repo-Plan Report of Van Control Coordinator (Mnl).

4. RECORD AND REPORTS

4.1 Record and Update status of all container asset used as OCLI's service such as warehouse, barracks and fence.

4.2 Update the Van Control Dep't (Mnl) empty inventory three (3) times in a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) at 8 am.

4.3 Send to the Van Control Dep't. (Mnl) physical inventory of all container asset quarterly on/before 25th of March, June, September and December.

5. OTHERS

5.1 Responds to all container inquiries, status and location attentively.

5.2 Conducts random inspection of all container asset located at designated area.

5.3 Recommends safety precautionary measures for container assets.

Job Qualification

I. EDUCATION

  • Must be college graduate , prep

II. EXPERIENCE

  • With relevant experience in the same field of expertise.

  • Computer literate

  • Good communication skills (oral, written on both Filipino and English)

Location: OCLI Bldg Corrales Ext cor Mendoza St Puntod Cagayan De Oro City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
