  • Manage and train team members to handle their own respective team members
  • Leads team members through coaching and growth interventions
  • Develop strategies and analyzes situations to be able to deploy tactical programs and critical adjustments as aligned with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Conduct spot-checks, surprise visits and unannounced store visits across through fieldwork and work withs.
  • Supports and maintains relationships even after project partnerships.
  • Submits reports on time with additional information to help understand them better.
  • Follows the proposed work plan and modifies it to fit specific needs of the area.
  • Maintains good attendance and to track team's work times and outputs in accordance with the company's prescribed rules.
  • Develops rapport with internal and external customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Must have a solid background in sales, operations, and people management.
  • Should be amenable to do fieldwork 70-80% of the time
  • Should display strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • with experience handling liquor or Spirit Industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Sales, operations and people management: 3 years (Required)
