Infinit-O is looking to recruit a General Ledger Accountant to assist the team in the key operational areas; such as full balance sheet reconciliation, month-end close, accounts payable, accounts receivables, as well as assist in process improvements to meet the fast-paced growth of the organization.

Reporting directly to the Senior Accounting Manager, this role will be a key member of the Accounting & Finance team and will have strong visibility to areas such as general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and financial reporting requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of purchase orders
  • Sub-disbursement analysis
  • Process improvements
  • AMEX – Reconciliation and Management Support
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc journal entries
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations

  • Monthly expense reallocations

  • Quarterly balance sheet allocations

  • Maintenance and rollforward of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ad Hoc assignments and analytics
  • Support of interim and annual audit testing
  • Ad Hoc projects and other tasks as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA is required.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) and/or Google Suite
  • Strong technical skills - specifically with Word Excel spreadsheets/Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP functions and pivot tables
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem solver, possessing the ability to see how the different pieces of the puzzle fit together
  • Excellent communicator, both written and oral, to act as a cross-functional business partner
  • Highly detail oriented, with an analytical approach to supporting the strategic decision-making process
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
