HR Support
- Payroll processing and ensuring accuracy of salary components.
- Handling statutory contributions (CPF, income tax, insurance, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Monitoring employee attendance and punctuality, and preparing related reports.
- Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of HR documentation, records, and employee files.
- Assist in DOLE inspections and CSR reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and company procedures.
- Prepare HR-related reports and provide data analysis to support management decisions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and company events when required.
- Undertake any other HR or administrative tasks as assigned to support the team's operations.
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, repairs, and other services.
- Welcome and attend to guests or visitors in a professional manner.
General Support & Project Coordination
- Provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by management in line with organizational goals.
- Maintain flexibility in supporting different departments based on business needs.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration / Human resource or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years HR experience.
- Familiar with statutory requirements, process and renewals
- Familiar or have experience with manual payroll process and calculation
- Experiences in PEZA industry will be advantages
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and sensitive to numbers
