HR Support

  • Payroll processing and ensuring accuracy of salary components.
  • Handling statutory contributions (CPF, income tax, insurance, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring employee attendance and punctuality, and preparing related reports.
  • Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of HR documentation, records, and employee files.
  • Assist in DOLE inspections and CSR reports and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and company procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and provide data analysis to support management decisions.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and company events when required.
  • Undertake any other HR or administrative tasks as assigned to support the team's operations.

Office Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, repairs, and other services.
  • Welcome and attend to guests or visitors in a professional manner.

General Support & Project Coordination

  • Provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by management in line with organizational goals.
  • Maintain flexibility in supporting different departments based on business needs.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration / Human resource or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years HR experience.
  • Familiar with statutory requirements, process and renewals
  • Familiar or have experience with manual payroll process and calculation
  • Experiences in PEZA industry will be advantages
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and sensitive to numbers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24, Php30,000.00 per month
