Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2 years-10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.

Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical and reporting skills, and with the ability to interpret project data

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation and submission of the Baseline programme in P6 including narratives and attachments.

  2. Preparation of revised baseline programme (if needed) in P6 including narratives and attachments

  3. Closely monitors and updates the baseline programme in a weekly and monthly basis (as included in the weekly and monthly reports).

  4. Preparation of time impact analysis (time impacted programmes caused by variations, or Engineer's site instructions, delays), also as part of the variation proposals and to be use in claims.

  5. Prepares individual programme/schedule of works as requested based on the approved baseline programme.

  6. Preparation of Weekly report (updating the statistics in Project summary, updating the Project milestones as taken in the updated programme P6, updating/determining what activities which affects the programme, determining the look ahead programme).

  7. Preparation of Weekly report (updating the Progress S-curves of the whole works, the execution works, individual works like Site Investigation Design works; updating major quantities like access channel dredging, sandkey dredging, etc. in a form of graphs/charts) including attachments.

  8. Participates in the updating of the Risk register after the risk register meeting (usually done in a monthly basis).

  9. Preparation of monthly report (updating the Executive summary, updating Item 8 – Time and Schedule, portions in Item 9 – Cost Management, portions in Item 10 updating Variation / Claim log/table).

  10. Participates in preparation of manhours and equipment-hrs computation in the daily report.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
