Senior Training Developer,*
you will design, develop, and refine comprehensive training materials-from eLearning modules to scripts and videos-ensuring content stays aligned with product updates. You'll collaborate with experts, analyze audience needs, and create engaging programs that elevate the learning experience.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 years of training development experience preferred
• Instructional design and development experience in software industry
• Experience with rapid eLearning tools such as Articulate and/or Camtasia
• Experience with Skilljar or other learning management systems a plus
• Strong organizational, planning, project management, communications, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
• Previous training experience including instructional design, program design & development, and training technologies highly desirable
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines
• Expert in multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing is critical
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent follow-up skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent training in a business or software environment

Your Daily Tasks

• Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to collaborate on content creation and project management
• Develop, design, and coordinate comprehensive training programs, including eLearning, videos, quizzes, and other materials
• Compose scripts/storyboards for process and workflow captures
• Develop engaging e-learning content consistent with brand and existing content libraries
• Iterate content based on feedback from key stakeholders
• Create and maintain project plans to support training execution
• Assess metrics and measure effectiveness to support training evolution
• Work with Management to analyze training needs of clients, partners, and employees
• Coordinate with Product Management on new and updated products to ensure content accuracy
• Stay up to date on emerging training methods
• All other duties as assigned
