Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Lead to drive the growth and development of our employees. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning programs that align with our business objectives. Collaborating with HR and senior management, you will identify training needs and create impactful learning strategies that enhance employee performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute learning and development strategies that support company goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to pinpoint skill gaps and set training priorities with senior management.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, both in-person and online, to foster professional development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create interactive and impactful training materials.
  • Evaluate and refine existing programs to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
  • Oversee the companys learning management system (LMS), keeping training materials up to date and accessible.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve learning initiatives.
  • Track employee progress, provide reports to leadership, and recommend improvements.
  • Mentor and coach junior members of the learning and development team.
  • Partner with external training providers for specialized learning programs when needed.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with business needs.
  • Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, adept at handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..
