The Role

As the Sales and Marketing Manager at Global Moving Resources Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success. In this full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to expand the company's customer base and increase brand visibility within the highly competitive moving and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Devise and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to identify and convert new leads into customers
  2. Manage and coordinate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance coaching to ensure they meet and exceed revenue targets
  3. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and develop targeted campaigns
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deploy engaging content, campaigns, and promotional activities across multiple digital and traditional channels
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, clients, and stakeholders
  6. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  7. Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making process as a member of the leadership team

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the moving and logistics industry
  2. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  5. Proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams
  6. Adaptable and creative mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
