EMPLOYEE RELATIONS (ER) SPECIALIST

The Employee Relations (ER) Specialist will be responsible in fostering a positive work environment by managing employee relations initiatives and leading engagement activities that promote employee satisfaction, retention and organizational culture. This role serves as a bridge between employees and management to ensure fair treatment, conflict resolution, and alignment with company values.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and labor law compliance.
  • Assist in conducting investigations on employee complaints and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Support disciplinary and corrective action processes in coordination with HR leadership.
  • Monitor employee morale and recommend initiatives to address workplace concerns.

Employee Engagement and Activities

  • Plan, organize, and implement employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct surveys and feedback mechanisms to measure employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design activities that strengthen teamwork, culture, and employee retention.
  • Coordinate employee events such as team-building activities, town halls, CSR programs, and company celebrations.
  • Develop communication materials that promote HR initiatives and engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration , or related field.
  • Minimum two- three years' experience in employee relations, engagement, or general HR.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva and video editing
