II – SCOPE OF POSITION

The Accounting Head is responsible for the creation of the monthly and yearly

financial statement of all Eastern Petroleum Group's companies. He or She is responsible for

the accuracy, timeliness, completeness and verifiability of all financial transactions. He or she

ensures that all regulatory taxes and compliances are also timely complied with.

III- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Accurate and timely creation of monthly financial statements. 2. Ensure all daily financial transactions are accounted for by the end of the day. 3. Ensure timely and accurate payment and reportorial of all BIR transactions, taxes and

government mandated requirements by the company for all of its companies, subsidiaries, stations, stores and transactions. 4. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles. 5. Manager and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:  Month and end-year process

 Accounts payable/receivable

 Cash receipts

 General Ledger  Payroll and utilities

 Revenue and expenditure variance analysis

 Capital assets reconciliations

 Trust account statement reconciliations

 Cheque runs

 Fixed asset activity

 Debt activity

  1. Schedule audits in the different GNB stations, ECGAS Stores and Depot. 7. Provide recommendations. 8. Establish and maintain fiscal and records to documents transaction. 9. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management

from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
