Responsible for identifying potential investors, presenting the Uncle Ben Barbershop business model, and converting leads into successful franchise partnerships. This role drives the expansion of the brand through strategic sales execution, franchisee engagement, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through social media, referrals, and franchise inquiries.
  • Present and pitch the Uncle Ben Barbershop franchise opportunity to prospective investors (online or in-person).
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline — from inquiry to franchise contract signing.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Marketing teams for site evaluation, franchise approval, and turnover preparation.
  • Represent the brand in franchise expos, business events, and client meetings.
  • Track sales activities and maintain updated franchise records and reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with franchisees for long-term business growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or real estate leasing (preferably in retail or F&B).
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and driven by results.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings or events nationwide.
