Job Title: FP&A Manager – Corporate Planning

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process across the organization.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, business reviews, and investment decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, variance analysis, and executive dashboards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities to support proactive decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including accounting, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Enhance and standardize financial models, reporting tools, and planning systems.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and implementation of best practices in FP&A.
  • Support external audits, internal controls, and corporate compliance efforts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, CPA license is a must
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or controllership roles, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan or similar ERPs).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
