We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable
Digital Operations VA / Analyst
to support a visibility service. This is a highly process-driven role where you'll be crucial in helping the clients improve their visibility across AI agents and the web. You'll manage audit requests, track client data, prepare reports, and execute weekly optimization tasks to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

Fully remote, CET working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)

Engagement Type:
Independent Contractor

Monthly Rate:
Flexible depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Review and clean client data, run visibility queries across AI agents (like ChatGPT and Claude), and draft 1-page Audit Reports using provided templates
  • Track all audits and update statuses in our CRM
  • Update and maintain client profiles on platforms like LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and various business directories
  • Reformat content into FAQs, social media posts, or blog content and send testimonial requests using templates
  • Maintain the CRM pipeline, logging follow-up dates and MRR
  • Execute a structured weekly work cadence to ensure tasks are completed on time and support the creation of monthly performance reports

Who You Are:

  • With 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Has strong skills in Google Suite and are comfortable using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and business directories
  • Has a basic technical ability to handle schema markup snippets, screenshots, and proof URLs
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow structured processes and SOPs with precision
  • Excellent written English and a strong ability to maintain accurate records
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your tasks with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience with SEO, digital marketing, or content formatting is a big plus
  • Familiarity with AI agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)
  • Experience with client outreach, such as emailing for testimonials or PR submissions
