Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients needing logistics and supply chain services.
- Use cold calling, networking, events, and digital outreach to generate leads and create sales opportunities.
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets , focusing on high-value opportunities and long-term client relationships.
- Set goals, timeliness, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Mentor junior sales staff and support high-value deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding, and successful implementation of client solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, ad sales forecasts using CRM tools.
- Strengthen client relationships to drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor service delivery performance and ensure client satisfaction throughout the partnership, proactively addressing issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BS Customs Administration, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or leadership sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, handling complex deals, and managing large accounts.
- Bilingual skills may be advantageous, depending on the market and customer base.
- Knowledge of logistics management software, transportation management systems (TMS), or supply chain management platforms is a plus.
- Special Qualities or Skills Required: (Extensive Sales Experience, Industry Expertise, Strategic Thinking, Consultative Sales Approach, Negotiation & Closing Skills, Relationship Building, Leadership & Mentorship, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills, Time Management & Organization, CRM Proficiency, Adaptability.
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
