The Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to develop and close high-value opportunities with major Philippine enterprises. This role combines strategic account management, C-level engagement, solution selling, and hands‑on product demonstration to build our enterprise client base. This is a critical role requiring discipline, self‑direction, and proven enterprise software sales capability. We're looking for someone who thrives when working independently and takes full ownership of clearly defined KPIs and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory sales strategies for target enterprise accounts Build and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior executives at major Philippine enterprises Lead complex, high-value EPM solution sales cycles Conduct regular product demonstrations to prospective enterprise clients (typically 30‑40 minutes including Q&A) Develop and deliver compelling product presentations tailored to C-suite audiences Proactively identify and qualify enterprise prospects through outbound activities and demo‑driven engagement Collaborate with inside sales to ensure lead qualification and pipeline development align with our enterprise account strategy Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling solution proposals Conduct effective discovery and value proposition presentations Forecast accurately and manage strategic sales pipeline Represent our solutions at industry events and executive forums Document market intelligence and competitive insights systematically Work closely with implementation teams to ensure client success What Success Looks Like Consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets Closing multiple six‑figure ACV deals annually Building a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities Developing long‑term strategic client relationships Contributing to market positioning and thought leadership Delivering engaging product demonstrations that advance sales cycles Operating independently while maintaining consistent pipeline activity Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience Proven track record of exceeding enterprise sales quotas Strong understanding of the Philippine corporate landscape Proven ability to conduct effective software demonstrations Experience presenting complex technical solutions to non‑technical executives Self‑directed approach to sales cycle management with minimal supervision Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Outstanding communication abilities at C‑suite level Experience selling to Finance, IT, or Business departments Strong network within target industries Preferred Qualifications Experience in EPM, CPM, ERP, or related enterprise solutions Knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes Mastery of solution selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPICED) Track record of managing full sales cycles with limited management oversight Track record of winning against established competitors Understanding of enterprise software implementation cycles Experience with major EPM platforms (Jedox, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, or similar) What We Offer Career growth opportunities in a high‑growth market Comprehensive product and sales methodology training Work with experienced EPM specialists Opportunity to shape a growing business Remote work flexibility Application Requirements Applications that do not address the following criteria will not be considered: Please address these key areas in your cover letter or application message: Enterprise software sales track record: Provide specific examples of six‑figure deals closed, including deal sizes and sales cycle duration Demonstration experience: Describe your approach to conducting product demonstrations and how you tailor presentations to executive audiences Self‑direction and accountability: Explain how you've successfully managed territory independently and consistently achieved quarterly targets Philippine market knowledge: Demonstrate your understanding of the local enterprise landscape and key decision‑making processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
