About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Bar Assistant to join our dynamic team at Golden Arrowhead Manpower Services Inc. in San Juan City Metro Manila. As a Bar Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting in the day-to-day operations of our bar. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
  2. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are in good condition
  3. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  4. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  5. Follow all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
  6. Contribute to the overall success of the bar by suggesting new drink recipes and implementing ideas to improve efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience working in a bar or similar hospitality environment
  2. Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as their preparation
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  4. Proficient in basic math and cash handling
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  6. Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
