What you'll be doing

  • Preparing a wide range of classic and signature cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages using high-quality ingredients
  • Providing attentive and personalized service to customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area to support efficient service
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering of bar supplies as needed
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
  • Collaborating with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service
  • Participating in regular training and development to enhance your bartending skills

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in mixing a variety of classic and contemporary cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide an exceptional guest experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively with the wider team
  • Familiarity with bar equipment, inventory management, and relevant health and safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
