About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc.'. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth for our company.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with prospective customers through phone calls and emails to identify their needs and pain points Deliver compelling sales pitches to showcase our products and services Negotiate and close sales deals while providing an exceptional customer experience Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and continuously improve sales strategies Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the call centre or customer service industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
