OUTBOUND SALES AGENT

DAY SHIFT

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, presenting our comprehensive suite of brand management.

  2. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor in crafting customized outsourcing solutions that align with their business objectives.

  3. Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery, maintaining high client satisfaction levels.

  4. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position our outsourcing services competitively.

  5. Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities, update client information, and generate reports for management.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven success with 1+ years of experience in outbound sales

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.

  3. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
