Responsible for assisting online customers by addressing inquiries, resolving order-related concerns, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying online shopping experience. The role supports day-to-day operations across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, social media, and e-commerce platform messages.
  • Handle concerns related to order status, payments, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding deliveries, follow-ups, shipping delays, and missing items.
  • Monitor and manage customer messages and reviews on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
  • Provide accurate product information, assist with availability checks, and offer after-sales support.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM or internal systems.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the supervisor or appropriate department.
  • Help maintain high store ratings by addressing negative feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Support e-commerce promotions or campaigns by responding to increased customer inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and platform service-level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Familiarity with online selling platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of order tracking systems.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
