What you'll be doing

  • Performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
  • Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all building systems and equipment
  • Responding promptly to service requests and addressing issues in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a safe and well-maintained work environment
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to minimise risks and ensure compliance
  • Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • experience as a General Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance procedures
  • Proficient in the use of various hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Certification or training in relevant trades or building maintenance is an advantage
