Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Reports to: Building Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of the company's buildings, facilities, and equipment. This position ensures that all areas of the property remain safe, functional, and well-maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the building's electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Perform repair and troubleshooting tasks including electrical wiring, plumbing leaks, lighting, painting, and carpentry work.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to avoid major breakdowns and costly repairs.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls from various departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, tools, and maintenance storage.
  • Coordinate with suppliers or contractors for specialized maintenance services when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit maintenance reports, checklists, and documentation to the supervisor.
  • Follow all safety standards and company policies while performing maintenance activities.
  • Assist in minor renovation or improvement projects as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • 25–40 yo
  • At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance or facility repair
  • Skilled in electrical, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance work
  • Ability to use various hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Physically fit, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php850.00 per day
