The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, and utilities to ensure smooth and safe operations. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as needed.

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on all aircon units, including cleaning, filter replacement, and system checks.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults for HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and control panels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
